Timberwood Bank update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)


Timberwood Bank lobby will temporarily be closed starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

The drive thru will remain open.

At Timberwood Bank, the health and safety of our customers, employees and community is our highest priority.  Due to the latest developments regarding COVID-19, our lobby will temporarily be closed beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020.  The drive thru will be open and available for full-service banking.

Other than our lobby being closed, we will maintain business as usual.  Our company is strong, and our full staff is dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our customers as you have come to expect.

  • New Deposit Accounts:  Contact a Personal Banker if you wish to open a new checking or savings account.  You can also begin the process online .
  • Loan Applications:  Contact a Lender at Timberwood Bank to apply for a consumer, mortgage, business or agricultural loan.  Loan applications are also available online.
  • Appointments:  If you have a scheduled loan closing or appointment, please contact your Loan Officer or Bank Representative. 
  • Safe Deposit Box:  If you need access to your Safe Deposit Box, please call Timberwood Bank to make arrangements.
  • Online Tools:  We encourage you to use our online tools such as Online and Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, and Telephone Banking.  If you have any questions or need assistance signing up for these services, please contact a Personal Banker.
  • Drive Thru & Night Deposit: Our drive thru will remain open Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday from 7:30am-6:00pm and Saturday from 7:30am-noon.  Our night deposit remains available and we will continue to check it throughout the workday.
  • ATM: Our ATM is available for cash withdrawals at 110 W Veterans, Tomah WI 54660.
