What is my Routing Number?
Timberwood Bank’s routing number is 075918130. You can also find bank routing numbers easily by using one of your checks. At the bottom of the check, you will see three groups of numbers. The first group is your routing number, the second is your account number and the third is your check number.

What are the browser requirements?
Our Online Banking system requires a 128-bit Secure Socket layer (SSL) encryption to make sure your private information is secure. The latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox all support a 128-bit SSL encryption to help protect your account information.
“Log in information missing or invalid” message
This means your Access ID or password was entered incorrectly. Simply verify the correct information, enter and submit it again. After three failed attempts, you will be locked out of your account.
What do I do if I’m locked out of my Online Banking account?
Stop by our office or call to request that access be restored. Please be prepared to answer security questions so we can verify you are the owner of the account.
Is Online Banking from Timberwood Bank secure?
If you are using a web browser that supports a 128-bit SSL encryption (the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox), Online Banking is secure. If the browser you are using doesn’t have the necessary security features, you will not be able to login to Online Banking.
How do I know I have a secure connection when using Online Banking?
The address in the address bar at the top of your browser window will begin with “https” instead of “http.” There will also be a padlock or key icon in the address bar or in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
I think my debit card was lost or stolen; what should I do?
Call 1-800-554-8969 to report it and contact Timberwood Bank immediately.
What do I need to open a checking account?
You will need a photo ID (drivers license, military ID, passport or state ID card). You will also need to complete a signature card to complete the process that will be used for verification purposes. If the primary account holder is under the age of 18, a secondary account holder over the age of 18 will need to be on the account. That person will also need to bring a current photo ID.
How do I order checks for the first time? What about check re-orders?

What is needed to open a business checking account?
You will need:

- Articles of Organization
- Corporate Resolution
- Business License
- Partnership Agreements
- Certificates of Good Standing
Timberwood Bank also requires all signers on the account to sign a signature card to be used as verification.
Debit and ATM Cards
How do I change the PIN number on my ATM/Debit Card?
When you receive the pin mailer there will be a toll free number with a reference number to call to change the pin number.
How do I get a new card if my magnetic strip no longer works?
Contact a Personal Banker or a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to have a replacement card ordered. A replacement card fee may apply.
My Debit/ATM card expires this month, how and when do I get a new card?
The card is good through the end of the month that it expires. A new card will be automatically mailed towards the beginning of the expiration month.
What are the limits on my Debit/ATM Card?
When using the PIN number, you have a limit of $300.00 per day. When using a signature you have a $750.00 daily limit.
